The reason of your computer having a slow startup speed is most
probably the number of applications unnecessarily starting up when you
turn on your computer. Many applications needlessly add themselves to
your startup process; consequently you experience startup speeds slower
than you would prefer.
Typing
“msconfig” in your Run window will open a window that has a tab titled
Startup (you can access run by pressing Window Logo key + R). Under this
tab you can see most of the programs that initiate with your computer’s
startup.
However

When you open the program, just the
columns titles and their number will indicate how fully each startup
application is investigated by WhatInStartup.
These
columns can help determine whether a process is system or user related.
If it is user related, you can safely disable it from running at
startup. You can disable the process permanently so that even if it gets
auto-enabled, WhatInStartup will disable it again.
